This is the first book I've read about how a wife feels when her husband loses interest in their love life. For any wife who feels that she is trying to keep the romance in her marriage alive on her own, this is a book you'll want to buy. One of the reasons this was such a good story is because Kathleen Scott describes this really depressing marriage that I think many couples will relate to, but then she shows how the husband and wife found ways to make things better again. It was really encouraging to me. Buy this book, you'll be glad you did!

Tell us a little about yourself. I am a homeschooling mom to three children. My husband and I have six children altogether, but our three oldest are grown now. My family and I lived at the Christian retreat center of Mount Hermon, California, for five years, but the high cost of living in California forced us to move to Nevada. Now we all enjoy the simple joys of country living.
What was your motivation behind this project? Many years ago, when I was a new, born-again Christian and in the throes of an unwanted and heartbreaking divorce, I longed to read books that addressed the painful issues I had faced in my failed marriage. I was unable to find any and I realized that I needed to share that experience with other hurting people.
What do you hope folks will gain from this project? My prayer is that women and men who are not finding fulfillment in their marriages will be encouraged to turn to God in new ways when they read A Test of Love. I hope to remind readers that God is the answer to heartbreak and dissatisfaction.
Who are your influences, sources of inspiration or favorite authors / artists? The biggest influence in my Christian walk has been Elisabeth Elliot and her excellent teaching.
